Arts Hangout
Writing Club
Mondays & Tuesdays
3:30-5:00 PM
Teens have asked for so many new opportunities within our Arts After School program that we are trying something new this fall. We are will be having a time on Mondays and Tuesdays for teens in grades 6-12 to try out some new projects.
We will have guides and tutorials when available and teens can work at their own pace and feel free to hop from activity to activity. And if they just need a break from art, they can grab a game to play instead. Our goal is that each month we will have some different materials to try.

This September we will have the following:
- Oil Pastels
- Origami
- Cross Stitch
Space and supplies are limited so teens need to register for the month. Registration will open 2 weeks before the first event and registration will stay open until all spots are filled. Anyone who wishes to join in late is more than welcome as space allows.

Are you in 6th-12th grade and want to try out some creative writing? Come practice your art with our award-winning writer/librarian Amanda.
