Click! 2 now available for viewing
After the positive reception of Click!: Historic McPherson Photographs and Their Stories, McPherson Public Library Director, Steve Read realized that a subsequent documentary video was necessary. And just in time for National Library Week, the library is pleased to announce the release of Click! 2: More Historic McPherson Photographs and Their Stories. Both of these videos offer a unique look at photographs from the library’s extensive collection, while Read, Jennie Hall and Melissa Smith offer their insights, stories and information about each.
“We had such a tremendous response to the first video — and so many requests from patrons for more — that we’re happy to produce this latest one,” says Read. For those interested in researching McPherson history, or anyone wanting to begin local history exploration, these videos are an entertaining and fascinating look into the area.
The original Click! video can be found in the Local History section of the library’s website at www.macpl.org, or through a direct link: macpl.org/click.
Click! 2 can also be found through the library website, or directly at macpl.org/click2. In addition, both documentaries are available in DVD format for check out at the library.
