Many dream of publishing the great American novel someday but struggle with a lack of discipline, fear of rejection, or just a lack of know-how. If this sounds familiar, register for the Path to Published workshop at the McPherson Public Library on Saturday, November 16 from 10:00 – 12:30 p.m.
The workshop is designed to help participants deepen their understanding of the publishing process. Local published authors and editors will share their knowledge and experiences, and give their hard-earned advice on how to navigate the industry, from refining a manuscript to finding an agent to marketing. Featured speakers include: Carla Barber, Elaine McAllister, and Jan Hurst. There will be time set aside to visit with the speakers after the event.
Registration is required for this free event at this link.
