A Note on our Youth Summer Library Programs
This summer participants will earn points toward virtual badges and prize tickets.  We will be unable to provide smaller prizes throughout the summer, but we are increasing the number of large prizes we will give away at the end of the summer. We hope that you will  participate  and also  join us online for some of our virtual programs.

Rubber Ducky Club - (birth through age 2)

This summer we are keeping up our tradition of reading and early literacy activities for our babies and toddlers, but this summer you can keep track of them online.  All of the activities are designed to support the 6 by 6: Ready to Read program, a statewide early childhood literacy program. The activities are designed to emphasize the six skills that parents and caregivers can help children develop before they learn to read at about the age six.

Point Scale:  1 Book=1 Point  / 1 Review=1 Point  /  Activities=1, 5 and 10 points
Program Completion=100 Points (but you can keep going beyond that)

Paper logs will be available upon request. They will be a more limited version of our online version and they must be turned into us by July 30th.

All prize tickets must be entered into a drawing by midnight on July 31st. The system is automatic and we cannot enter them beyond that.
