On Saturday, January 11, the McPherson Public Library will hold its annual Great Magazine Giveaway.  The library keeps issues of its magazine for a couple of years. The back issues from 2017 have been pulled, and the public is invited to browse and take what they want free of charge.  Included in this year’s giveaway are the 2017 issues of children, teen, parenting, and adult collection magazines.

The event starts at 9:00 a.m. and will continue throughout the weekend while supplies last.  The magazines will be located in the library meeting room. “Giving away the magazines allows us a way to get them into the hands of people who are interested in re-reading or repurposing them. It’s a win for all of us.” stated Jennie Hall, Head of Adult Services.

As always, patrons are encouraged to come early for the best selection.
